Information Collection and Use

In certain sections of the Sites and when you provide data to our servers through our lead generation, e-disclosure and FranFit services, we may ask you to complete a registration form and other forms to request information on franchises of interest and invite you to ask us questions or provide us with feedback. Due to the nature of some of these activities, you may opt-in to provide us with personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, financial information, credit card information, interests, password, user identification number, and code or screen name that you voluntarily transmit with your communication to us. When you register with us with respect to franchises of interest, we may also check basic credit information available about you. In addition, we may transparently collect your Internet protocol (IP) address without your active disclosure. We also may collect personally identifiable information about you from the log-in process; the request and application forms mentioned above; web site usage; cookies, web bugs or clear gifs; product or service usage; and communications initiated by us or our users via e-mail, phone or postal mail. If you opt-in, we will use your personally identifiable information to send you our newsletter and otherwise communicate with you about our services. Children's Privacy

FranServices.com recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. FranServices.com does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 and the Sites are not intended for children under the age of 13. FranServices.com does not target its services or the Sites to children under 13.
